The ASSW 2026 Community Meetings and Workshops will be from 25 - 29 March 2026. This part of ASSW 2026 includes meetings, workshops and other events of several Arctic organisations and projects.
The entire Arctic community is encouraged to use ASSW 2026 as a venue for bringing together their organisations, collaborations, and teams. ASSW 2026 organisers will provide the logistical support and your meeting attendees only have to register for ASSW 2026 and show up.
As ASSW 2026 will be organised as a hybrid conference, opportunities for on-site and online meetings will be offered during the conference.
Meeting proposal can be submitted via the application form below. The application deadline is on 30 September 2025. A first draft program will be made available in November 2025.
