The ASSW 2025 Business and Community Meetings are scheduled from 20 - 24 March 2025. The entire Arctic (science) community is encouraged to use ASSW as a venue for bringing together their organisations, collaborations, and teams for annual meetings, workshops and other events.
The Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) was initiated by the International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) in 1999 to provide opportunities for coordination, cooperation and collaboration between the various scientific organisations involved in Arctic research and to economise on travel and time. ASSW is now an annual venue for meetings of Arctic organisations, scientific collaborations, and more.
During ASSW 2025 there will be five main days (20 - 24 March) dedicated to
ASSW 2025 organizers will provide the logistical support and your meeting attendees only have to register for ASSW 2025 and show up. As ASSW 2025 will be organised as a hybrid conference, opportunities for on-site and online meetings will be offered during the conference.
We are still accepting late meeting proposals as long as space is still available. Meeting proposal can be submitted via this application form.
