The Full ASSW 2026 Registration Fee includes:
- Both online and in-person attendees, access to:
- All open meetings, workshops, and events during both the Community Meetings and Workshops (25 - 30 March) and the ASSW 2026 Science Day (29 March) and the Arctic Observing Summit (30 March - 1 April). There will be some exceptions where online participants are unable to attend select in-person only events.
- In-person attendees:
- Two coffee breaks each day
- Lunches each day
- Icebreaker Reception on 26 March
- Please note: Tickets to the ASSW 2026 Conference Dinner on 28 March must be purchased separately with an added cost during registration.

An ASSW 2026 Day Ticket will be available for all in-person and online attendees who want to attend specific sessions on a specific day, but not the rest of the conference.
You can buy a maximum of two day ticket for this event. The fee gives you access to the full conference on the specific day you register for, and for in-person participants this also includes coffee breaks, lunch, and reception (if applicable).
